Why bother having a phone number on your website and a different one here and then not answer either of them ever?

Trying to contact from last one month to book appointment, phone lines always busy no response on emails and Rochester Register office have dates after one year. So disappointing services.if Govt institutes has such poor services what we can complain to others

Abyssmal. Multiple attempts to contact this office lead in circles. No one around, no one answers either emails or phones. All because of covid apparantly. I'd say it's more likely the result of incompetence and bone idleness.

Have tried to contact for a month now by email and phone. Never answers the phone, havent replied to my email for 12 working days (and counting). Cant even leave a voicemail to call me back?
