Patronising and belittling attitude from a member of staff. The G4S security goons are very rude and have a hostile and intimidating attitude. Wouldn't recommend the Jobcentre to anyone unless you like being treated like you are worthless.

Absolutely shocking service. After being given 4 different telephone numbers & half an hour later got through to a woman, I have her name, she talked over me, wouldnt let me speak, accused me of shouting, all I tried to do was ask her a question based on misinformation I had been given from her office. Unbelievable that all they have to do is accuse you of aggression, no way was I & then cut you off. I guess it was 5 oclock & she wanted to go home. No way of complaining as no email address that I can see. Absolutely disgusted & still not rectified my issue. I thought manners was a job requisite for public facing employees, evidently not any more.

Keeps disconnecting

Wait in a phone queue to be disconnected. Getting hold of these people is stressful and time wasting.
