I had a great experience with Tristram. Fast, effective and brilliant work achieved. He fixed fence panels around the perimeter of my garden and completed border works and general maintenance. Turn around time was a lot quicker than anticipated. I definitely will use again as Im booked in for a jet washing service and have already recommended to family & friends. Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked for a quote and was completely rude regarding the state of my garden without considering the reasons behind why my garden had got in such a terrible condition in the first place! Would not recommend tried to over charge us purely because he didn't "trust us"! Not the service or attitude I would recommend from a "qualified tradesman" In response to the reply - I am in no way hiding - you came and spoke to my partner at Barming Road. Please feel free to legally pursue me - I will not be retracting my review! Not that it is any of your business - our garden has been let to get in a state due to one of my twins being born with cerebral palsy since moving into the property - this therefore has meant we have not prioritised gardening! I do not care for your opinion on the garden, we simply wanted to get it sorted as I would never dream of handing a house back with the weeds as they are! As James advised you we was simply awaiting a skip hence why there was rubbish in the garden! As the skip has now arrived there is no rubbish and the garden is now not a supposed 'dumping ground'! Thankfully a respectful gardener has been round and quoted a reasonable price... not 245 for 3 hours! So no... I am not embarrassed, I will happily welcome a legal pursuit! I simply have had other priorities! You should be embarrassed feeling like you can be so rude & unprofessional without knowing the full circumstances!
