        Unfortunately we were highly disappointed with the service here for a number of reasons... A total lack of empathy by the administration team was hurtful to say the least.. After providing constructive feedback regarding how they could improve their service they stated that they they would be in touch to discuss this... We are still waiting to hear back from them several weeks later.... We are now using a different local Funeral Director for a second family bereavement a few months after the last one...
