Birds have been absolutely amazing they looked after my nan who I was extremely close to I was luckily enough to speak to Courtney on the phone when I first called and she was extremely helpful answered all my questions I think I phoned over three times in the one day she was so warming we was sold straight away on whom we would want to take care of nan !! From day one they have made a unfortunate situation so easy and straight forward up until nans service where we met with Darren who again done such a good job on the day the company them selfs took so much stress away and aloud us to morn our nan with no worries . Darren , clair , Courtney Thankyou all so much
