It has been 3 weeks since my vehicle has been booked in to Ford Haynes Maidstone garage and it has not yet been to the workshop for initial diagnostics. Apparently my vehicle has been sat in their car park for the past 3 weeks. I had no option but to make a written complaint. Lets see what they come back with.
