Seriously- seeing so many complaints here - sad but pleased its not just us! Haynes have too many public service vehicle contracts to care about the smaller customers, we are not important! They never do the vans on time - can only speak to someone who hasnt a clue about progress or repairs and vehicles come back more time than not with more work needing to be done and Haynes blame you or the vehicle - they take no responsibility for their work! Haynes have really gone down hill - 6 years ago when last service manager was there they were excellent couldnt fault them! Sadly not anymore!

Took my 72 plate Ranger in for issues relating to the top that had been factory fitted by Ford (in South Africa of all places) only to be told by Haynes that because THEY didnt fit it they would not be doing any warranty work on it. Also told I would have the report within next two hours but had to constantly chase to get it only to never receive it. They stated too busy but all I could see was people putting up Xmas decorations. Used to use Haynes many years ago but how things have changed. Never again

We took one of our commercial vans in for a few minor things to be looked at. We dropped it off as requested 1st thing on a Tuesday 24th. Despite our calls it was not even looked at until Thursday 26th. We have had no communication or updates at all despite promises to do so. Not what we'd expect from a main dealer !
