        I just wanted to thank you for the amazing, "memories" flower arrangement that you did for a friend's funeral on Thursday. 12/08/21. It was absolutely beautiful! From just seeing the arrangement online, and ordering over the phone, the end result far exceeded my expectations. 1st class service. Highly recommended. Thank you again.

        Such a negative and rude experience visiting this establishment. Can only imagine the positive comments come from someone who dealt with a different member of staff. Totally insensitive and such a bad attitude. Really needs to be sent on a customer care course at the least.
