What Credit

They provided me with finance for a caravan then shortly after a problem incurred with damp when i tried to get the problem sorted they lied to try & fob me off. One year down the line & they caravan was returned had to go through the financial ombudsmen service. AVOID!!! ***UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE FROM WHAT CREDIT!*** What they have not mentioned (how conveniently) is the first report that was done they did not do a damp report after they apparently had the repairs done. How can they know its damp free without a damp report? What they should of said after the 2nd report was carried out (which included a damp report this time at my request) it showed there was damp still in the caravan in the places they were supposed to of repaired & this is why the Financial Ombudsmen Service sided with me & forced them to take the caravan back. Regarding my car i am sorry does every car come as standard with a tow bar fitted? If i was bothered about people seeing my reviews i would of made a fake gmail account to leave this review my reviews are half positive & half negative. Even after everything & they have been proved to be in the wrong they are still on here telling pork pies.
