        I phoned to ask a technical question about some old (but awesome) KEF Q35s. Beverly was excellent, she phoned back with the answer to my question and went the extra mile by offering to send a small part that I needed. Excellent customer service that's hard to find these days.

        Have a problem with my 7 year old R500's. Beverley was absolutely first rate in talking me through the various potential problems, with the issue identified upon first attempt. Ordering the replacement part was extremely easy (thanks Andy), and not as eye-wateringly expensive as I'd feared. Fantastic service, thank you both.
