        Why is it you cannot see a Dr but can see a nurse for a blood test ?. Are nurses expendable ? Additionally why are the Drs at this surgery still refusing to see patients when an NHS letter was sent to all surgeries in May 2021, stating that they MUST offer all patients a face to face appointment, I will take this further & investigate.myself & others included need a face to face appointment particularly as people need to be examined. Shocking & very poor service.

        Great initiative where there is a 'turn up and be seen' service every morning. Appmts then in the afternoon. Very efficient as you get 10 minutes for one problem, so those who need more time know they have to take an appointment. Dispensary on site too
