        Receptionist are awful and extremely disrespectful. Always talking no matter how many people are waiting. Not doing their job properly. Go to a different Doctors!

        Brilliant surgery! The best Ive ever had - the receptionist staff are so helpful and accommodating, always finding time to fit me in where possible! Dr Mackey is always so kind, always willing to listen and offer reassurance. I would never want another GP again! Also Elizabeth the Practice Nurse!

        Awful can never get appointments. Always mess up prescriptions 6times it took to get my inhaler. Wrote email explaining need sick note for one week so they sign me off for 6weeks it took three times to get this corrected. and receptionists are extremely rude never listen. Only good thing is Michelle grant and Dr Mackey take the time to help and listen the rest are usless
