Everyday when you call, they automatically put you on hold call number 25 and you have to wait until call queue number 6 and they drop your call, and when you call again back to caller number 25, is Joke. Wait for another hour. Eventually they are not going to help you In anyway even if you die while holding on call, outrageous. 0 star.

Rude receptionist as always. I understand you need to be efficient but they are not help at all. This GP needs to be reviewed.

The Vine Medical Centre is the worst service provider within Maidstone. My mother who is 84 has tried to get an appointment to see a doctor for months and continually gets offered a phone call. What has happened to the care of patients ? Why are doctors surgery's no more than a call centre, if this is the way forward perhaps we need to invest in more hospitals and shut down the public funded doctors. The doctors surgery's just want to send you to Hospital anyway.

Appointment made by my G.P. for a Saturday morning appointment I arrived at 1100 o'clock for an 11.30 appointment walked in offered a cup of tea and see a doctor by 11.10 best service I could have wished for Excellent service ,received treatment and left the surgery by 11.25.

I find this medical centre and all the staff really amazing they deal with problems politely and with genuine concern I phoned on Monday spoke to a Doctor in the afternoon and was seen on Wednesday
