(18/4/23)Just came out of Albion Place Medical Practice where Lucy (receptionist) and Deb (nurse) helped me with my queries. Thank you ever so much for all your help. You were very friendly, polite and professional even after having a rough time with previous patients. I cannot thank you guys enough for all your help today.

When we tell people who our surgery is I actually get condolences, that is how ridiculous they are. I have spoke to pharmacist's who laugh and say it would be quicker to call 111 get a appointment at a hospital when I mention Albion Road surgery.
This surgery was struggling to meet basic patients needs so to fix this they merge with other surgeries and combine all cells through one phone line so you are battling patients from 4 surgeries to speak to a doctorit is now worse than it was before the merger, This surgery is beyond a joke.
Generally just a badly run surgery, not enough staff and too many patients. The staff that they do have are friendly enough it's not their fault its just an over prescribed surgery and the way they tried to fix it was a step backwards and actually hurt the surgery in the long run
