Used to be good but terrible service now. Called 2 minutes past 8 am, over 30 + in the queue. 1 hour waiting to speak with a receptionist who was polite and helpful. I was told a GP would call me back today. Then get a text saying a GP will call me back in 2 weeks! an absolute joke! obviously overworked and understaffed.

As a medical professional myself I used to highly rate this practice but it seems to have changed not for the better, like this morning.... On hold for 100 minutes, to caller one then suddenly cut off saying can't take any calls. No option for contacting the surgery any other way. I appreciate why patients get frustrated with GP surgeries.

From my initial call to actually seeing a Doctor.....11 weeks!!!!! Sums it up I think.

Very hard to get an actual appointment, still running a triage service, when they decide if you should be seen !!! Recently took me all day to get through, ended up texting my systems and was then misdiagnosed - had to go emergency doctors and straight into A&E and put on an IV drip! Eventually, diagnosed at the hospital with sellulitus Very frustrating

If I could give this a zero I would. Every single time without fail when me or my family rings these lot up 1 times a year if that when we really need help, we get no help and are not interested in even talking to us. Cant go in without appointment. Cant even get on the phone with anyone, they send me a link to send a picture or chat online to describe the problem. And when you do, they give us some reason why we cant have any help or medication etc. When I fully well know exactly what I need. Every time we had to go to A&E because they would not help.
