We went to the dentist being told they could help us by the receptionist but when we went in to the dentist we was told that they could not fix the band around the brace yet we was told they could. Only was in the room for less then 2 minutes yet still expected to pay 120 pounds. Would NOT recommend this place. Update. Since writing this review Ive heard the manager of the dentists speak with me on the phone. I have now had a full refund. I am extremely impressed and happy with the service that they provided. It was more down to the agency that booked my appointment on their behalf , I guess they were trying to put bums on seats! But on this instance , they should not say that they can deal with an ortho dentist problem when they cannot.

Another great visit, with the whole team as polite, happy and professional as ever, so much so that my daughter now lives in Cardiff and will only use this Maidstone practice because shes never disappointed and worth every hour of her journey!!!
