        All the staff are a delight to deal with. They offered the best rates locally. They were happy, where possible, to pay the amounts in smaller denominations. Some of the money had to be ordered in. It arrived within a few days, and I received an email as soon as it was available for collection. Overall, it is an excellent service.

        Awful, avoid unless you want to come away feeling violated and losing a lot of money in bad exchange rates. I used to be a loyal customer when it was Eurochange. But I went to it recently since it became NM Money: shocked by the exchange rates which were far far worse than if I had gone to the bank or Post Office. Also the lady at the desk miscounted my money and didnt seem that bothered about the mistake. I wont be going back there again.
