I use Kent Savers to save for things I need or to pay bills. I buy things on buy now pay later with an interest free 6-12 months. Then save in Kent Savers as much as I can during the interest free period. Then withdraw what I've saved to pay for my item before interest is charged. This is a great tool for managing my finances. I have a Standing Order for a set amount, so it squirrels away money, that quickly adds up. If I need to make a withdrawal it takes a minute through the website, and it lands in my bank account in minutes. When I have needed to call, it has been an answerphone response. However they always get back to you quickly if you leave your name and telephone number slow enough for them to write it down. I usually repeat my name and number twice and slowly. Slower than I usually speak, more robotic to be clear. From personal experience in Customer Services, there's nothing worse than messages that are spoken too fast to understand or catch the number from. Excellent service. 10/10

Originally a good service, had a loan and a top up loan, never missed a payment as they took directly from my cb. I saved 200 which I withdrew for Christmas. Applied for a new loan took well over a week only to be refused. My credit is better than it was when they firsr lent. Completely anonymous customer service, and a completely false advertisement. Fair loans? What a joke. SCAM.
