DHL Express Service Point (Robert Dyas Maidstone)

My parcel has been stuck since 2 months in Maidstone and there is no response from them Its the worst service of DHL and very poor performance since there is no kind of revert from their end on anything

The delivery driver lied saying he had tried to deliver our parcel..so we had to go to Larkfield to pick it up..The people at the service point were helpful.

Try to contact them more than 10 times- not available??? Driver was in my work place 16:54 - said closed - we worked until 18:00 and no card left???

They are time waste and not reliable. They estimated my item to be delivered in a specific date then they just canceled it in the evening after taking the whole day off They said next day which again did not happen Then by tracking my order it said has been hold. No explanation why and for how long I phoned them they said we dont know lets check with the depo then they promised me to be coming tomorrow That did not happen too another day off work Then after 7 days they texted in the morning they are coming by the end of today so I stayed home and took day off work No one turned up and the update online says recipient was not home !!! They lie they did not turn up they just did not bother to come and deliver my expensive items Ive called about ten times they emailed the depo Complete ignore no reply Made complaint No response whatsoever They are not bothered Ive paid almost 40 for delivered and they are just rude not reliable and liars These people are not professional and they dont sound they are like us have responsibilities and respect others life commitments They sound as if they are just lazy want to make money out of us without doing the job, Ive been all days home taking days off work waiting for them and then last things they said online tried to deliver was not home !!! What a joke Dont trust them and they should be shut
