        When you finish working with them they hold your wages until the van company finds anything they can to keep the deposit an get whatever else they can, I wouldn't ever work for them again

        By far one of the most misleading companies I have ever dealt with. Holding pay, moving goal posts where contracts are concerned, inflated van hire, if you worked here your pay would average around 5.50ph after fees, deposit, admin fees, van hire and so on. Would highly recommend avoiding at all costs. I have included a screen grab from a text convo ref van hire with Richard at Optimal Logistics.
