Wanted to discuss a metre reading could not get through I was on hold for over an hour inexcusable.

Received an email in may said I owed 110 on my pre payment meter. I have had 2 online chats and 2 phone calls about this and even though 1 of the representatives said I had always been in credit no one can tell me why I owe the money but they are taking it anyway

The worst energy provider you could ever use. We have been in contact with them over 10 times on the phone, providing meter readings. They've then estimated the bill at 10x the meter reading we gave them. Through working out how much we owed and what they're charging, they added 376 per month. Customer service is non existent, they've promised to send out and engineer to solve this months ago. They've offered us 10 credit for our stress.... which then wasn't actually given. What a joke, stay away!

Been calling all day and waiting to talk to someone for each time for around 2 hours. and still no joy. it states 30 Mins on line gets waiting lots longer. if this is what its like trying to set up an account can't imagine what it would be like if you had problems.missed out on a new costumers. Everyone else should just stay clear.
