        In 2022 / 23 we undertook a substantial double story wrap extension with MD Building Services. We are very pleased indeed with the results. Mark was particularly knowledgeable and had an impressive set of the best trades people to use for Roofing, Floors, Water, Gas, Paving etc. and organised it all. He coordinated the entire build / site ensuring everything was just right. We had a consistent and high quality set of builders on site for over 6 months. In the end we got new windows, doors, interior doors, higher end bathrooms, Amtico flooring etc. etc. all done by Mark. We would definitely recommend and use Mark in the future.

        Second time we have used MD. Last time was a tiny job, this review is of a full garage refurb; new roof, re-built rear wall, new window and excellent doors, fitted by a skilled carpenter. Top job!
