        The last few visits I have had, George has been working alone. Always a big line of people and he doesn't let that phase him. Greets everyone in a friendly manor and gets the people their morning coffee's. Thank you George!

        Have been served by Sophie on a number of occasions and her customer service is exceptional!! Its always nice to find an establishment where you are met by nice people, Sophie encapsulates just that!!

        Went in after doing the food shop and was served by a really helpful person called Trevor. Asked him if the new caramel & almond velvet iced lattes are vegan and he went to the trouble of checking the nutritional information for me, turned the book around so I could see for myself that theyre all marked vegan. Very accommodating and would definitely come back

        Tables needed a wipe, I had to blow away the crumbs, but not able to clean stains. Seats stained! Floor needed a sweep.Dust around windows, unpleasant environment to sit in and have your coffee!
