Nice food and coffee though very slow service

Such a shame this now is not vegan. Service is poor. Wife got real cheese in her toastie despite being assured it was vegan. Luckily she eats cheese if she has to. Her latte had sour milk. My coffee was regular when I paid for large. I only got one reward stamp as apparently I can't get a reward for my wife's coffee despite paying for it. I've gone out of my way to support this place when it was vegan but now there's no motivation to return. Food pretty good btw. Also no hand towels in the toilet so drip dry!
