        The young lady serving my toastie was lovely. Can't say the same for the woman with the European accent serving the tea! She served a teapot and I said that I'm very sorry, I needed it takeaway. The filthy look she gave me and the stroppy attitude was totally unacceptable! I'm sorry to be such an inconvenience! Terrible customer service. But the young lady was very sweet. For every good one, you get a bad.

        Really nice place to visit. Nice and friendly staff very helpful. Its definitely worth coming, also with nice view sitting and enjoying. Also, after browsing or buying some nice things in Next it has a perfect location.
