        I was confused about the shuttle service to Leeds Castle. I was unable to contact anyone on the phone yesterday and the office at Bearsted Station was closed. A driver finally arrived just after 10.30am and he was very polite and helpful. However there was further confusion about the fares. I checked this on the website and I paid slightly more. I appreciate that it would probably cost less if there are more passengers.I had a wonderful day and the driver collected us at the end of the trip and was very helpful with train information.

        Awful service. We were told that shuttles to Leeds Castle would run from Bearsted from 10am. Guy didn't show up til 10.30 completely unapologetic then said we had to wait for a group getting off a later train,despite the man on the phone saying we couldn't book! Then he said he was only working til 2.30 and didn't know if anyone was on a shift after him. We ordered a different taxi instead.
