This company is disgraceful they have just laid of a member of staff for having day sick as was showing signs of covid 19, this is disgraceful. The member of staff was acting in best interests of residents and colleagues alike and now you have repaid the favour like this. You should be ashamed of yourselfs. I will be making sure your governing body hears about this.
