I go to nandos 3 times a week all over the country. This was by far the best service I've received from all of them! I unfortunately didn't get any names, but was served by a young blonde lady who was patient, polite and welcoming and also had a bubbly young lady who served me at my table. Good service is hard to find these days and this was probably the highlight of my day! Thank you

Will not be ordering on delivery again. Missing item rice. Ordered through Nandos website was charged both a service and a delivery charge. When i called about missing side they only saw fit to refund the missing item leaving my partner with half a meal. At the very least should have refunded the service and delivery charges as they didn't serve or deliver the Complete order as expected. I did explain my feelings on this but there was no movement. Terrible customer service big companies forgetting how to treat paying customers properly. Will not be back for my regular order 45 for a 2 person meal should be looking after customers better
