I have been looking for a new car and found a Toyota on line and Liam sent me a personalised video. I decided to take a test drive and drove down to the office in Maidstone. From the moment I arrived, it was a good experience. Liam was very professional, knowledgeable and I did not feel I was pushed into buying. From start to finish I felt the whole journey went very smoothly and would definitely recommend Invicta Motors Maidstone.

Bought a used Mazda 3 vehicle over a year ago, bought the warranty protections etc. Told I am able to service the vehicle at any Mazda near where I live. Not true as it's only Cambria dealers which are not the same & had to go out of London to find the nearest dealer who could do the paid for warranty service. The experience wasn't great either, I got the service report some months later due to their systems still having the previous owners details. Obviously communications issues internally & to customers. Looking at software updates 2023 for the included Sat Nav, it was completely outdated, software tool said it's 2015 for a 2016 model meaning never got updated since release. I learnt that in 2023 & to get an update I need to pay quite a premium. If you don't know what to ask about you'll never be told & these sales techniques I've experienced with many car dealers, buy the vehicle & it's your problem even if you paid for extras. Certainly there is a reason why the phrase dodgy dealers is still popular as they never went away even with large companies. I guess it's always the customers fault for not knowing nor asking
