        I have had a great experience after I had my car fail. Citroen assistance sent someone out with a flatbed truck to take it somewhere, and here was the only dealership that would take it. After initially being told it might be the middle of January before it gets looked at, a Christmas miracle happened and I got a call 4 days after it was taken in to say it was ready. I am genuinely grateful to you at the dealership for helping get this resolved as quickly as you did. Sian and Phoebe were particularly polite and helpful whenever I had to speak to someone at the service department. Thank you!
