Moonlight Cafe

Really disappointed in this cafe, the food sizes are ridiculously small would suit my 2yr old better than myself. The staff are extremely rude and my order was brought out wrong and when I told the lady she tutted, took my plate and left brought it back without a word no apology or smile or check to see if I was ok with the order now. Do not suggest this caf whatsoever

Awful experience at this cafe, the portion sizes were tiny and probably just about suitable for a child, the food itself was not enjoyable for what they charge and when these issues were raised to the staff here, they were rude to us and very unprofessional. If I could, I would rate -2.

I'm sorry but this cafe is awful, second time we came here the portion of chips is approx 5 chips on the plate last time there was slightly more but the cafe insists if you want a normal portion of chips then you must pay more although on there menu they have a larger portion of chips she came and took my food and half drunken tea from my table and said don't have it then extreamly rude staff and not good environment avoid at all costs

Been coming here for best part of 10 years, it used to be a really good friendly place but now its gone downhill since the old boss sold the business. I went in today again and gave the lady who was serving, the breakfast loyalty card upon payment and she rejected it even though I had multiple of them and all of them had the companys logo stamped on them. I did not appreciate her practically telling me that its fake when those are the ones that they have given me for years. Treating me like Im a beggar coming in with fake cards to get a free breakfast . At the end of the day its not about the free breakfast its about the principal. Im not homeless nor am I in need of a free breakfast. The last couple years the Food quality hasnt really been up there and for nearly 8 a breakfast it should be better in my opinion. Wont be coming here anymore. All the best of luck in the future.
