        My wife and I walked here and queued to take away a couple of drinks. We were queueing for twenty minutes. This was an average Thursday afternoon. The serving staff seemed oblivious to their slow work causing issues for their customers. The basic system inside was disorganised too. Occasionally, a second till opened, and random customers from further back in the line were served. Once my coffee was ordered, we were told to wait in the path of the servers coming from the kitchen and had to move aside more than once. To summarise, service was slow and disorganised, and my wife and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
