I don't usually write reviews but after my visit yesterday with my partner Alex I felt I needed to highlight what great service we had. We had never been here before and were greeted by the very charming George Fever. From the very start to the hand shake an hour or so later he was knowledgable, patient and not pushy in the slightest and un judgemental whatsoever. My girlfriend said that she would want to always deal with George in the future and I think that the old fashioned values are very much evident here which is very refreshing. It was busy when we visited but none of the staff seemed stressed or miserable so well done team Maidstone and will be seeing you again soon.

Myself and my mum went into the nationwide today to be greeted by a lovely gentleman Vinod. He was so helpful and good at his job. Sorted out everything we needed too and he explained everything and advised my mum on what she needed to do. Excellent customer service and very satisfied. Thank you Vinod!!!

How anyone with a full-time job is meant to bank with you, I don't know! Open part time; 10-4.30pm Alright for some!

Popped in to branch for some administration was dealt with quickly, although did not advise me of one crucial point which rendered the whole visit pointless, so polite but unfortunately not knowledgeable enough
