I just want to Thank Karen at Christina K Bridal for giving me such a wonderful experience yesterday. I booked a vip appointment and I really felt like I got treated like a vip It was my first ever time going to a bridal shop and trying dresses on and Karen helped picked out some really pretty dresses for me. Unfortunately I didnt say yes to the dress yesterday but I will probably booked another appointment soon as now going away and having a chance to look at photos taken of me I have a clearer idea of what Im looking for. I have no words! Today was magical. (Forgive me if I have gotten the name wrong- I may have forgotten as I was so happy!) Karen was amazing! I teared up at the dress. Absolute perfection! *edited to add pictures if dress after wedding on Friday just gone*

Amazing shop - could not thank them enough! I had a very strict budget and criteria (and also Im super fussy) but somehow these lovely ladies managed to find me a beautiful dress & were so helpful with alterations, completely putting my mind at ease ahead of the big day. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!

I visited the shop recently and was disappointed by the customer service and dresses. Here is a list of comments written by the bride and bridal party: -there was lots of pressure to buy and when we said we were looking at the options, the lady was dismissive and rude. -the bride had tried on a dress and the lady in the shop made the comment "she has found her dress, the one" when in fact the bride hadn't made a single comment and didn't like it. -we were looking at buying a sample as the wedding is within 5 months and although the dresses were dirty, plucked and broken, the lady threw in a 'free clean' as if it was a deal. -we turned up 10 minutes late and apologized but the lady was very rude Overall we were disappointed with he service and dresses and didn't feel comfortable during the appointment. I wouldn't recommend. Really lovely other shops in town such as yours truly and perfection bridal.

What an amazing shop this is. Visited there today with my daughter to choose her wedding dress. The service was second to none. Amazingly professional. Fantastic customer care. Thank you so much
