Horrifying customer service! This woman took my money and never refunded it after a genuine mistake, she took 30 off of me for a booking that I had agreed 1.30pm on the phone with her which she then changed to 1pm without me knowing, sent it within a 4 page text so I did not realise she had booked it for 1pm. When I turned up late she refused to do my lashes and said she had moved her other client forward, when I asked if she could try and ask her client to change as I had driven 40 mins to get there and she had told me 1.30pm on the phone, she flat out refused. She then said I could re-book then tried to say I would have to pay again and lost my 30! Absolutely disgusting! She was rude and made no effort to rectify the situation.. she refused to refund my 30 so I will now go to consumer rights! What is wrong with people today! A bit of kindness goes far and this woman possesses none! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Service: Eyelash extensions

So Im meet Kelly for my first time yesterday to have a full set of hybrid lashes applied, and I cannot explain how beautifully she has done them. Theyre so perfect. Kelly was extremely welcoming yet very professional and I can tell already that i will be seeing her every two weeks for infills. I'm so glad I found Kelly as I absolutely love having the classic lashes done. They always look perfect, they are good quality lashes and last me ages. I love the natural look Kelly creates and the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere whilst having them done. Would highly recommend
