        Recently purchased my new audi a3 from Marshalls. Was served by Damon from start to finish, very good service supplied, very helpful and efficient. Whole process was extremely smooth and a lovely little added extra was so kind to add to the service received.

        Very plush sales area, had difficulty parking in the morning, phone call would have been nice to say car is ready. Seems to be a lot of staff running the show. Update 2023. Unfortunately car was not ready at the pre- confirmed pick up time.

        I am trying to get a test drive on an Audi E-tron for the last two weeks. First they said they dont have a car for test drive and asked to call back.. I have been trying to call them for last one week and no one have called me back. At one point we thought well not buy Audi anymore due to poor service to start with but then thought we shouldnt decline the brand due due to the dealerships negligence. Though this is the nearest Audi dealer to where I live, I just decided to go to another dealer who can help. This a a pathetic service by this dealership.
