        I am so grateful that I have found Wai-Hans yoga class. Having not practiced in years, and then only practicing on my own at home, I was anxious that Id find it difficult to join a class, but I couldnt wish for a more positive experience. Wai-Han is an excellent teacher supporting beginners whilst giving more experienced yogis ownership of their own practice and giving them the freedom to either enjoy a challenging or more chilled session. Her Wednesday and Friday classes are now ESSENTIAL parts of my week...

        Wonderful yoga teacher. Wai-Han is very calm and gentle and everything a yoga teacher should be. I love her classes. Everything is beautifully explained and after class it feels like I've had a massage!
