        My daughter and I love Tara's yoga classes, we've done mum and baby classes and the family yoga sessions - a great mix of fun, relaxing and strengthening. Highly recommend!

        Gentle, nourishing yoga class with Tara designed to work with your body and what it feels capable of in the present moment, rather than working towards "goals" of poses. I always leave a session with Tara feeling more balanced and centred, even on days when I enter feeling exhausted :-)

        Lovely space, right in the town centre, with some parking available. Had my pregnancy, postpartum with baby yoga classes and loved it. Still use it for the adult yoga classes with Tara and it's great! She helps us unwind and unrust our body :)
