I completed Chelseas 6 Week Transformation Programme and this was exactly what I needed. The set workout days give me structure back into my training. The accountbilty and support I received from Chelsea was second to none. Always on hand when I needed her. The modules you work through each week are fantasic and helps set habits in place. I loved the training programme. I see solid progression in my strength throughout the 6 weeks. Thank you Chelsea for your help, support and guidence. I would highly recommend Strong Girl Squad. Chelsea is a great trainer with great knowledge to help you reach your goals. Thank you Chelsea.

Working with Chelsea was my introduction to weight training and its given me some great foundations to work with and make positive changes to my fitness, nutrition and confidence in my body. I did two weeks of training before a beach holiday when I felt good enough to wear bikinis for the first time in almost ten years! Chelsea has been extremely supportive throughout the time I worked with her and is always on hand with advice, adaptations and encouragement. Sometimes the workouts were tricky due to limitations of training at home, but that can be worked on - I have the minimal equipment. The amount of water I drink daily and my step count are aspects I am more aware of thanks to her advice. I would recommend Chelsea as a trainer to any wannabe strong girls and hope to work with her again in the future. Thanks Chelsea!

I had just moved to Windsor and signed up to a new gym when I came across chelsea and her 6 week foundational programme.. it was exactly what I needed to get me back in the gym after some time off. The plan was great, the support I received from chelsea Along the way was amazing, shes a great trainer and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get start or even to those who think they dont need it. I had a 1-1 session with chelsea in the gym and she had so much confidence in me and what I could do I basically doubled my weight on certain lifts. Very encouraging and a massive confidence boost working with chelsea.

Chelseas programme was exactly the kick up the butt I needed to get into shape, especially post-Covid. The work out videos and nutritional infromation were most helpful in setting goals and improving my diet. Ultimately the programme has transformed the way I prepare my meals, exercise and has helped improve my lifestyle as a whole. Most importantly Chelsea was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to approach during the course of the programme.
