We went for a regular appointment now for yearly injections and check up. My wife booked the appointment at 11:40 and we arrived on time. We were then told after waiting 15 minutes that we missed the appointment, even though my wife was adamant that the appointment was said to be 11.40. Myself and three other customers were left waiting at reception for 15 minutes as they were filling in a form for someone.

So disappointed with the service and communication have just changed practice . Inconsistent unclear pricing . Unexplained invoice recieved 7 weeks after procedure. Query relating to this sent to Practice Manager who took 11 days to respond and needed 2 telephone prompts. Examination tables not always clean for pets . Not customer or pet focused at all
