app is awful got sent a message saying delayed and to check map so we checked and hadn't moved still took my son at the time he should of been collected as we got there saw the coach pull away even though the app stated it was 3 miles away won't refund us even though it was there fault shouldn't send out a message if there was issues on there tracking , not very helpful when speaking to them even though I sent proof as I took photos of the message sent out the locations on the map where it stated and proof the bus was there

terrible app - pop up window said daughter was not on designated route and refer to map - map was useless. it was an hour before I knew she was safe and actually on her usual route

Agreed to move my booking to 2022 due to covid a week ago then called back 2 days later to say they had actually cancelled my trip 3 months ago. My trip that I booked around 18 months ago and they didnt bother to tell me they had cancelled it. Didnt contact me to let me know they had merged with another company and now couldnt fulfil the trip. Were more than happy to leave 50 kids standing at the side of the road waiting for a coach. I was at work when they called to say they had actually cancelled the trip and requested they call me back but they apparently couldnt due to covid! They have now offered a full refund but no compensation or anything other than an apology and blaming covid. I appreciate covid is a massive thing but surely you should still aim to look after customers, especially those that you have taken money from! My trip was apparently cancelled in 2020 but they didnt refund. Avoid this company like the plague! Awful customer service and very disappointing and unprofessional attitude. Now to explain what has happened to 50 parents!

Suspiciously 5 stars only given away that they were posted around the same time - do not be fooled however, this is not a coach company but a broker - save yourself the trouble, go direct!
