Taxi drivers were nice but when i arrived at the taxi he told me it was 17 pounds to legoland but when he knew i was with others he charged us 26 pounds even though it was a 7 seater taxi? Taxi's don't work like that where im from..

Worst experience ever, I booked a taxi for 6:10 the driver said hes going to be there on time I checked twice as i didnt want to miss my 6:30 train as I have to be in London by 8:15 AM for an appointment he confirmed he will be there on time but the driver didnt turn up I waited 15mins on the street and then called the company to check where the driver is but they turned off their mobile and I had no other option but miss the train , had to book a taxi to London as the next train was in an hour . I would never book with these people , they dont know the value of time and have no ethics

Phone this service they said 10 minutes waiting time, I waited near 40 minutes and the taxi never came, what a joke this service is

A couple of weeks ago, on a Wednesday, myself and a couple of mates went to smokey Joes in Maidenhead, unfortunately we were to late too get in. We were thinking of going Windsor, but were not sure if we would get in, the Taxi man from AK taxis promised us several clubs were open till 4am. We went, paid the man. We asked if could wait for us in case we do not get in. It turns out, he dropped us half a mile from the club we wanted to go too and the club was closed! every club around was closed and he had driven off!! Upon calling the business to ask for help as were stranded, they simply put the down on us several times after explaining the situation!! Rude and we had to get someone to pick us up, do not use this business!!
