Abico Executive Cars

Booked an executive taxi from Heathrow and paid 300 for a Tesla, instead I got a 5 year old Vauxhall with a boy racer who was dress in a tracksuit and about 18 years old. Couldnt fit my luggage and was rudely told if I didnt take the 2 hour journey with him I wouldnt be refunded. Do not use.

Used this fantastic Company for Airport Drop off and Pick Up in March 2023. Absolutely 5 Star Service on both legs of the journey - timing spot on, top class vehicles and excellent drivers. Im sorry I dont recall the gentlemans name on the drop off leg but it was Abi on the homeward journey - super stars both. We use Abico for all our transfers and they are absolutely wonderful! Very professional, always on time and very accommodating. I couldnt recommend them more to anyone who is looking for a reliable transfer company.

Did not advance get any details until I had to call in the morning an hour before the pickup time. The driver was nice but get agitated easily when I was about to open the window a bit because smell the smoke odor. Although he asked for vaping that I allowed, he was smoking when we stopped, and get back right into the car, didnt open the window, did not allow me to open my window with an excuse that he just putting the film in (why would they do that before the pickup, while I have booked the car since a month ago and have gotten their confirmation too). The car has smokes smell when he picked us up. He didnt even bother to get rid of the smell and made my friend and I got a car sick. I had to asked him to open the window on the ceiling all the way back home on a chill evening and heavy wind. They also charge more if you are about to pickup and drop off a friend that is actually on the way of where you are going and that friend has been waiting. Told him to go to the front of the station, and he went to the car park instead. it was not adding more miles. But he insisted to his colleague so I could give the cash to him. He was on the phone all the way long, although I allow, but it is out of the question - you are at work and shouldnt even brought up the question. Lastly, I received an email from the company thanked me of giving feedback and a 5 stars before I typed this. Definitely will not use this company anymore. I regretted that I changed the company that I usually used. Service: Limousines
