If i could leave 0 stars I would - extremely rude receptionist and an even more rude doctor on the phone. I have consistently not been helped again and again and have had mistakes performed again and again. Very disappointed but not suprised at all!!!!

Been at this surgery since I was about 7 so around 23 years! This surgery used to be very good. Now it's gone so downhill. They give you appointment at a certain time but keep you waiting for way over half an hour which is abit long especially when you have a restless small child! They do not care for patients lile they used to! I can hear certain doctors talking to friend or family on the phone insyead of seeing a patients. it's so hard to get through on the phone now I have to go to the surgery to make an appointment. Had to knock on the doctors door to ask when my daughter will be seen to be told I have to wait another 10 mins (already been sat here for 30)

Rude receptionist and very difficult to get an appointment. Claremont surgery used to be so efficient, easy to SEE and talk to doctors. Now if you're lucky enough they'll call you. Not to waste your time with this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

There is no option if zero so I could give them.very rude reception,they dont care about patientss condition .very very disappointing behaviour from receptionists.
