        Shona from Avery could not of been more helpful. She has made my experience purchasing labels for our new product a breeze. She was helpful on the phone, prompt over emails and did everything she could to help us. the labels arrived quickly and are fab. Five stars is not enough!

        Cannot express how bad this company is! Not received what I ordered, its my fault apparently as there was no one to sign when the office is manned during working hours. Now have to go out of my way to collect at a local depot! If I could give 0 starts I would!

        It took 4 emails 3 calls to reach someone to explain that I have not received by order which suppose to be delivered 4 weeks ago . an then in end I have give them information about Experess Saver ( UPS ) contact information !!! unbelievable

        I cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. Real shame that it does not live up to the standards of Avery in the USA. I've ordered several times now and every time I received my order something was wrong or they completely shipped blank. This is inexcusable and should not happen multiple times in a row and I shouldn't have to wait another five days to get the reprint.
