        I cannot get hold of anyone at Lexmark. The on-line chat is closed, the phone number if 'out of service' and when I complete an email form on their technical support it will not send.....no wonder my printer has an issue if this is their technical capabilities

        DO NO USE LEXMARK have had a printer that was working for 2 and a half years, had to do a firmware update and now it will only use Lexmark toner, making my printer now useless, I intend to take legal action against Lexmark UK for the cost of the supplies i must now throw away and the cost of a new printer. LEXMARK you should be ashamed of yourselves
