very poor customer service past from pillar to post and no one seems to understand how the software works. There are far better products and customer service than Abode. Capture One Pro/Corel/Avanquest/Black Magic Raw/ DaVincci Resolve 18/Darktable and some are free and both Mac and windows usable, why bother with a two bit company when you can get much better service from premier companies.

This used to be the best software but nowadays alternatives like Affinity easily outperform them and are waaaay cheaper.
