        Almost invariably when it comes to paying a recruitment consultant's bill I always feel slightly aggrieved and not convinced I have got value for money. Working with FryerMiles has been a rare experience where I felt Leo has really gone the extra mile and earned every bit of it. Usual I am on guard, ready for the hard sell on a candidate that I know is not quite right - with Leo he was genuinely interested in getting not just 'a candidate' but showed real determination to find right candidate. In some cases ruling out credible candidates he wasn't certain were quite the right fit before I had a chance to myself. He superbly balances professionalism with humour ensuring you always come of the phone confident you are in good hands and with a smile on your face. Well done guys - it's been a pleasure working with you.
