I recently booked via Airbnb a property for a new nights. There was an issue at check-in HOWEVER the level of service provided was exceptional. In business we always have moments that fail to deliver, but the way you respond is what makes a company special. I would highly recommend a company with this level customer service, I'll definitely use again

Dealing with Smarter Rent has been a dream. All the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to understand your personal circumstances and your needs. The house was presented very well on arrival and when we had a maintenance needs they were very quick to get this sorted. Handover both on check in an check out was seamless. I would highly recommend this company for your short term let needs. Very professional.

During house renovations we have stayed at 3 properties managed by the team. Each rental has been very clean, matched the description and all problems resolved quickly even over the Christmas holidays. Highly recommended.

I moved into my temporary accommodation with smarter rent following a flood at my house. I was grateful to have found somewhere to be, especially as I have pets. The property had just been bought and turned around so it was clean, freshly painted and equipped with brand new (cheap)stuff. The internet was working and so was the heating so I was relieved! The explanatory mail was easy to follow and in the two months here, I had no big issue. However, for the extortionate rental price, the property does not have a dishwasher, you are cooking on a gas cooker with a gas oven (in 2023!) with no extractor fan in the kitchen. The shower has zero pressure (it is a gravity system) and it is actually impossible to have a decent shower and rinse yourself off properly. I ended up washing my hair in the kitchen sink. The bathroom sink has two separate taps so again, very unpractical (you either are freezing or you burn yourself) I will not be the only customer to have an issue with this The garden has a synthetic lawnfor easy maintenance, I understand. All in all, I would have left this place if there was anywhere else available because the bathroom was a big issue for me. I communicated the issues I had to Smarter rent who sent a plumber to my house without my authorisation on a day I was not around. Needless to say I was furious and found them very unprofessional.
