We at Cowley Holmes Accountants Ltd experienced a very sloppy and poor service with our order right from the start. Firstly we had to chase for the sample that they had forgotten to send out to us, followed by errors in the sales order which we had to point out and ask them to correct, followed by errors in the received items, as well as faults! We confirmed and paid for double-sided printing, and we received single-sided printing. We agreed a print size area, and received a reduced size print area. We also received 12 faulty items where the print transfer had already started to peel off. The blame was put onto the print company which is assumingly a third party. There was no verbal apology from We brand it on calling up. We were also told we approved something which we most certainly didn't, and had proof with a copy of the sales order, which was completely dismissed. The only resolution the company agreed was a refund for the 12 faulty items, and for us to send the items back to receive the print to the remaining side. They completely dismissed the fact that the print size area was not what we agreed. There was also miscommunication on the type of print received from the beginning which we let go and agreed that was a misunderstanding on both parts. On chasing the issue with the print size further, this was ignored on more than one occasion. All in all, a very disappointing experience. If We brand it had apologised and taken some responsibility for their errors, we would not have bothered spending the time writing this review. It could have been rectified with good customer service. We will certainly not be returning for repeat business and we would suggest not to order from them. Sadly it's a very unfriendly and unprofessional service.
